Hand forged kitchen knife made from 5160 coil spring that is recycled from a railroad car. This is not your ordinary car spring, it is heavy! Knife can be personalized with your color of wood handle and can be highly polished or made to look a bit more rustic looking (as pictured). Overall length from tip to handle is around 13 inches with the blade being 8 to 9 inches. As Doug Marcaida would say "It will cut."
